These Terms govern your use of the PlugAfrika marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The marketplace

PlugAfrika is an online marketplace that connects independent South African vendors with buyers. Vendors are responsible for their products, listings and stock. We facilitate payments, delivery and dispute resolution between buyers and vendors.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include applicable delivery charges quoted at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

Delivery is arranged through our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery in line with our returns process and the Consumer Protection Act. Where an item is defective or incorrect, return delivery is covered by the vendor; for change-of-mind or exchanges, return delivery is paid by the buyer.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the marketplace for unlawful purposes, list prohibited or counterfeit goods, or interfere with the platform’s operation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlugAfrika is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
